Today was the Israel carnival! Each class traveled around to different stations to learn all about Israel. Read below to see what groups did throughout the day!

  • Learning about what a Kibbutz is and creating our own Kibbutzim in groups.

  • Learning about the Israeli shuk and haggling in our own “JKG shuk” with real Israeli food!

  • Learning about the bodies of water surrounding Israel and playing a “choose your own adventure” game as if we were establishing Israel as a country.


1st Grade - 3rd Grade

  • Experiencing the Dead Sea, Mediterranean Ocean, and Red Sea by feeling real Dead Sea salt water and floating objects in it, “going to the beach” and finding seashells, and creating our own boats out of sponges!
