Trena Kennedy

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Trena oversees all financial operations of JKG. With over 20 years of experience in finance, she excels in comprehensive bookkeeping, including account balancing, payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Trena's expertise extends to establishing financial systems and organizing companies from both accounting and administrative perspectives. Additionally, she manages JKG's investment accounts, oversees donation processing, and handles tuition collection, ensuring all financial activities align with JKG’s strategic goals.

Trena is an outdoor enthusiast and loves to travel. She found a love for trail running when she was a little older in life which led her to a passion for sustainability and inclusivity related to trail use and races. She is also a board member for Georgia Ultrarunning and Trail Running Society (GUTS), a nonprofit organization which raises money for the purpose of giving back to the parks to help maintain trails for hiking, running and multi-purpose use.
