Lana has extensive experience in program development and staff coaching within the Jewish community, where she has successfully led the creation of impactful educational, cultural, and welfare initiatives. She mentors and guides staff, from community connectors to regional teams, ensuring services are delivered effectively and fostering community engagement.

In her work, Lana draws on her experience as an ICF-certified coach, using tailored strategies that focus on goal-setting and accountability to help clients overcome challenges and maintain work-life balance. With over 1,000 hours of coaching experience, her methods consistently lead to client success and long-term results.
