The coaching also includes the responsibility of gathering and reporting relevant metrics from each cohort participant on a regular basis and contributing to the methodology and process of gathering data to maximize learning opportunities to better the cohort experience. This person will also continuously update JASA leadership on the programmatic health of participants in the program.

Finally, based on a model provided by the Cohort Director, this Coach will also identify, plan for and manage interventions/escalations that must occur due to participant non-compliance, organizational unrest, miscommunication, or mismanagement.

Coordinating

Under the direction of the Cohort Director, the Cohort Coordinator will be responsible for organizing materials, resources, and logistics for JASA events and programs including online workshops, in-person conferences, and the JASA application and selection process.
